Hello ,
just to give you some feedback : I tried the new Eggbot extensions (2_2_2_r3)

I try it first with Windows & Inkscape ( english version) : I did have anymore the error message but still problem with the servo of the arm (it didn't move)
I deinstall and reinstall properly Inkscape and the eggbot extension . After that it work fine. I try after with the French version of Windows 7 and Inkscape : It all work fine on several drawings .
Thank you for you support

Regarding the problem with the arm freeze , it was may-be solved with a proper reinstall of the software. but I didn't run other software either .May-be there could be an problme when you run it with other softs ( Itunes and others) . I will try it later

Jacky

I'm glad to hear that it's mostly working now, and thank you for the feedback.

And, Dan, thank you very much for locating the solution to the unicode error. Smile
