I posted a comment, but it showed up under anonymous and not my username, so I thought I would through my two cents in here as well...

The Bulbdial clock looks awesome. Interesting mix of high tech and low tech. I would buy one in an instant. I think I would pay between $50-$75 USD depending on options/materials used.

I would offer different materials for the lasercut parts. I think Bamboo would look nice.

I would keep the "brains" exposed like on my Meggy Jr. RGB to add to the coolness factor.

I would also make provisions for both battery and wall power (make the AC adapter optional like on Meggy?)

Maybe also design the "enclosure" in such a way that if people want to use an Arduino they already own it could be dropped in. I have an Illuminato on order from Liquidware.com that would look awesome in this. Overkill to be sure, but neat looking nonetheless.
