I want to program an avr but i only know (a little bit) how to work with AVR studio
I've read the comments in the code but is there anything else i have to pay attention to exept for the fuse settings when i want to program it?

i use avrstudio with the AVRisp mk II

AVRstudio should work fine-- you can even set it to use AVR-GCC as the compiler so that they should be 100% identical.
