The title says almost everything...

Any chance you might throw up an option in the webstore for the Peggy 2 to contain the exact number and color assortment of LEDs to allow for reproduction of the Peggy 2 on the Make magazine issue 18 cover?

Since I am still enjoying my Meggy Jr so much I was contemplating a Peggy, but couldn't decide on color or number of LEDs (although individual RGB LEDs would be awesome, if I remember correctly you said they are not compatible), making a copy of that awesome Make cover would do nicely :-)

Congratulations on the cover. Hopefully next issue will have your Bulb Dial clock kit :-)

It looks like it would take (from a quick count) 181 red, 104 white, and 156 blue to replicate the Make cover. Each of those colors is available in quantities of 10, 50, and 100, so you can easily get just what you need.

You're correct that the RGB LEDs won't work in a Peggy as they're wired up quite differently than the single color LEDs.

Okay, you asked for it, so we made it! There's a set of 500 red, white & blue LEDs up on the Peggy 2 store page now. 200 Red, 125 White, and 175 Blue will let you remake the Remake America cover with a few LEDs left to spare.
