I encountered one other unusual error in one of the panels as I was testing it this weekend, so I thought that I should make a note of it:

Symptom: One quadrant was very jittery, spiking and even oscillating on its own, but only until the board was warmed up. No change after carefully double checking all solder joints in the quadrant.

Cause: Intermittent errors are hard to debug, but I think that I stressed the leads of one of the capacitors while bending them to keep it from falling out while upside down.

Solution: Replaced capacitors in that quadrant-- worked fine.
