I am stuck at Step 25. All the blue LEDs are working .. but some out of sequence.

D62 only lights when D26 lights.
D32, D63 and D64 light when D62 is supposed to light.

I have resoldered the IC and checked for bad solder points .. all look good.

I tried to download the schematic .. but that link is not working ..

Help .. TIA

Sounds like you may have a backwards LED. There is a flatted side on the clear plastic "collar" of each LED, corresponding to the side with the short lead, and which should be pointing towards the rounded (not squared) solder pad. Also, double check the soldering on resistors R1 through R6.

You are exactly RIGHT .. I found that LED 62 is backwards .. also got the schematic to FINALLY download .. gotta look at it through a magnifying glass though ... Thanks! Just replaced LED 62 with the spare .. and all is well!
