Ok so i think that the programer is working but it seems like it is either a bad conection, the avr is burnt out, or the fuses are mesd up. do you know a good test. i have a multimeter but not a scope. |

Not to necro-bump, but I had issues programming my Larson Scanner when I put it (and the USBTinyISP) together. The scanner worked just fine, but it wasn't recognized by the computer. |
