Would a 2 position, 3.5mm pitch screw terminal fit into the battery holes? I looked at the PCB files and it looks like it's slightly over 3.5mm spacing.

I don't know; do you have a part number for the terminal that I can reference?

The "standard" power jacks that we use are ones like model CP-002B-ND from Digi-Key; they have three pins that fit through the three holes.

Sorry I wasn't more clear. I meant to refer to the holes you solder the battery leads into (in the instructions). I was wondering if you could add a screw terminal there, rather than permanently soldering wires. Something like Digikey model 277-1721-ND.

Hi David,
The spacing between the battery lead inputs is 210 mils, about 5.3 mm. They weren't designed to fit anything but loose "flying" leads. The holes are 35 mils in diameter, slightly under the diameter of the pin, so I expect that they won't fit, even if you find one-terminal "blocks" of that type.

Sure enough, I transposed the numbers when I did my quick measurement. Thanks for looking into it for me!
