Hi!

Can a row or column on the Peggy 2 and or Peggy LE be programmed to do a Presistance Of Vision trick?

Yes, it can. A couple of people have built 3D displays by rotating the whole Peggy along one axis.

For true 1D POV and fastest refresh, pick a single *row*, and refresh only that row, rather than the whole screen.
