Hi there.
I have completed my Meggy Jr RGB and it is all working properly!Big Grin
Now I would like to program a different game into it. I have followed the programming guide steps and set the chip type. I tried to load a game that had already been created (FroggyJr)
but when I verified it, Arduino kept saying that there were all these things wrong with the program. (MeggyDark was not declared in this scope). I tried other games to but it did the same thing. Could you help? Thanks.
Ben.

It sounds like you may not have the Meggy library installed, or installed correctly.

Inside the Libraries folder (where you keep your Arduino libraries), there should be a MeggyJr folder, containing (amongst other things), the examples folder, MeggyJr.cpp, MeggyJr.h, and MeggyJrSimple.h. These files need to have the original names, and be in the correct locations.

The errors that you are seeing would easily be explained if one of the those files were missing. Also, make sure that the examples show up in the File menu, under Examples>MeggyJr>

Hi.
I looked in my Arduino Folder and Clicked on the MeggyJr folder and found those 3 files but they were separate from anything else. Inside the MeggyJr folder are these files: Examples (the folder that contains all the games), Changes (Text Document), gpl-3_0 (Text Document), keywords (Text Document), MeggyJr.cpp, MeggyJr.h and MeggyJrSimple.h.
I tried moving the last three around a bit but none of them appeared on the Arduino Program. It hasn't even got a MeggyJr file in File>Examples.

I'd suggest downloading and installing the library, fresh from scratch. And it's important to install the library correctly.

Quoting from <a href="http://arduino.cc/en/Guide/Environment#libraries">the Arduino site</A>,

...download the library and unzip it. It should be in a folder of its own, and will typically contain at least two files, one with a .h suffix and one with a .cpp suffix. Open your Arduino sketchbook folder. If there is already a folder there called libraries, place the library folder in there. If not, create a folder called libraries in the sketchbook folder, and drop the library folder in there. Then re-start the Arduino programming environment, and you should see your new library in the Sketch > Import Library menu.

Hi Windell.
Thankyou for all your help on this one.
Did what you said and it is now working properlyBig GrinBig GrinBig Grin
But now it keeps coming up on the computer that the driver for USB-TTL cable could not install and because of that Arduino can not upload the game to the board. Do I need to manually install a driver from somewhere or is it something else?

You *may,* I'm not sure that I understand exactly which situations require this. The right type of driver (if you do need it) is the FTDI "VCP" driver.
