I'm making progress on my Bulbdial. But, I'm having a problem when testing the green LEDs. When I try to manually turn activate the six green lights (which are all adjacent) below, other greens and blues turn on. The actual bulb does not actvate

Green D43: Lights Greens 21, 32, 54 and 65 along with blues 31, 32, 34, and 35.
Green D53: Lights greens 16, 31, 42, and 64 along with blues 13, 23, 43, and 53.
Green D63: Lights greens 15, 26, 41, and 52 along with blues 31, 32. 34, and 35.
Green D14: Lights greens 25, 36, 51, and 62 along with blues 13, 23, 43, and 53.
Green D24: Lights greens 13, 35, 46, and 61 along with blues 31, 32. 34, and 35.
Green D34: Lights greens 12, 23, 45, and 56 along with blues 13, 23, 43, and 53.

Any tip on where to look?

FOUND IT! Resistor 3 looked like it was soldered well. But, I traced the block through jumper LED 3 to it. One connection appeared like it could be a little dicey. And it was.
