For the "1.0" kits, the instructions and code are still up at this location. I'll be posting instructions and code for the new "2.0" version within a matter of days.

Hey this is a bit related... but at the Maker Faire i was able to purchase one of the reader boards... and the instructions werent in the bag although I saw other peeps with instructions.... is there any difference between the holiday one and the maker faire one?

I'm sorry that the instructions weren't in your bag; someone must have pinched them-- I personally checked that every single bag had instructions when we shipped them!

The readerboards that were sold at Maker Faire are the completely revised version 2.0 readerboards (which we haven't really posted about yet), and the instructions are indeed quite different. You can recognize these kits because the LED display has black (not grey) paint on the front.
