 Octively works on a battery ???

Hi i have a project to realize with interactive led (octively) but i need to know if the module can be plugged on a battery and if YES, wich kind of battery and how long can it works with the battery....???? i really need this info RUSH ! thank U ! Smile

Octolively is designed to run on 5 V DC, but can work at 4.5 V or 4.8 V, for example, from three 1.5 V cells (3xAA, 3xC, or 3xD), or from four 1.2 V cells (4 NiMH cells).

The current draw can be as high as 200 mA per module (if all LEDs are lit) or as low as about 30-40 mA per module (if no LEDs are lit). The lifetime depends on the type of battery and its capacity, of course.
