Arduino 1.0 not finding MeggyJr Libraries

My Meggy works perfectly, however, the Arduino 1.0 software does not. The original problem was that the wiring.h file didn't exit. I fixed this by copying the Meggy library from downloads\arduino1.0\libraries to documents\arduino\ (and created sketches\libraries, the folder in which I placed it). However, the new problem is that all of the commands listed in the MeggyJr programming guide that meggybrite uses are "not defined in this scope". I then followed the directions on this blog to fix this, but to no avail. It might be helpful to know that, while all the other example Example entries, i.e. 1.basics, SoftwareSerial, etc., have commands listed under them (such as AnalogReadSignal), MeggyJr has programs listed under it (such as meggybrite) (The listing for MeggyJr appears twice, for some reason probably related to me copying the Meggy library rather than moving it, but the second time it only lists meggybrite).
Thank you for any help you can give me.

A number of things have changed in Arduino 1.0, and we have not yet had a chance to evaluate all of them. Please use Arduino-0023 in the mean time, even if that means that you need to have a second copy of Arduino present on your computer for use with Meggy Jr.

Great-- and we are working on the new version of the Meggy Jr library. Some of the example sketches rely on other libraries that no longer work under Arduino 1.0, so it's not as trivial as one might hope. Confused
