I have a strange interpolation issue, so it seems to me.

I'm spiral wrapping text around an egg. I'm doing it with the standard text tools, as I'm using a vector font. This generally works fine, however, now I had a case where I applied a number of transformations, and I get all kind of strange artifacts now (see attached image).

The vectors consists entirely of single lines, all straight without intermediate points. Especially all inside squares are distorted when printing.

To me it looks like a kind of numerical error that might happen because a number of transformations have been done in Inscape, and the driver seem to mess them up.

Has anybody else seen this? What can I do about it?
