 failure to connect to the bot

installed all the software the wiki told us to. eibot port needed setting up- seemed to mistake it for a faulty internet connection attempt. where did i go wrong? my poor eggs.

That's normal for a Mac. That is, on a Mac there's a number of non-network devices which you can plug into a Mac and have it ask if you're trying to set up a network connection. This is such a device. Just dismiss that screen. If this is not a Mac, then what platform are you using?


where did i go wrong? my poor eggs.



So far, it doesn't sound like anything has gone wrong. Are you unable to draw a sample plot? If so, what error is occurring?
