Loaded the StippleGen program, extracted all files, loaded Processing, Loaded libraries as noted. Unable to get program to run.
There is also a comment that you only need the compiled version of StippleGen without the other items noted above.
This would seem the route to go, but where do you find the compiled version of StippleGen or conversely what am I doing wrong in the first option. As you can guess I'm just a user, not a developer or code writer.

You do not need any of the libraries, or Processing, to run StippleGen. You may (likely will) need to install Java on your computer.
The StippleGen downoad (.zip file) contains compiled versions for Mac, Windows, and Linux-- inside the folders called "application.windows" (for example).

I deleted everything I had loaded yesterday and started fresh placing just the application.windows folder in a file within programs files (x86), then run StippleGen. All is now OK, thanks again.
This will be a good addition for converting photos to SVG files.
