I have been looking for a home theater in a box to replace our old 20 year system. The one problem that I keep running into is that none of tha manufacturers have any support for the hearing impaired.
I need a home theater system with an audio output separate from the headphone jack (with the headphone jack in use the speakers cut off, then I can not listen) and separate from the speaker output. This output would then go into and AR wireless headphone system so that my wife cna wear her amplifying headphones and listen as well.
Does anyone know of a HTIB that fits the bill?
I have searched (and in some cases bought and returned) Philips, Technics, TruTech, Sony, Panasonic and Pioneer.
Thanks,
