I know the USBtinyISP programmer from Adafruit has both a 6 and 10 pin cable, but what other programmers out there have 10 pin cables? The Atmel AVRISP Mk2 appears to only have a 6 pin one.
I'm asking because it's difficult for my company to order from anyone besides approved vendors. Digikey and all the big places are approved, however I can't find what I'm looking for.

You should be able to wire up an adapter cable with $3 worth of parts from Digi-Key in about five minutes-- all of the signals on the 10-pin connector are on the 6-pin connector as well.
Secondly, I *believe* that the Atmel AVRISP Mk2 does secretly have a 10-pin connector. There is an unpopulated 10-pin socket footprint on the circuit board. At least in the AVRISP MkI, these two connectors were wired in parallel, so it stands to reason that they are the same and you could just add your own 10-pin header and ribbon cable. However, I haven't actually tried it yet so I can't promise that it works.
Finally, there is still the old STK500 (Digi-Key part ATSTK500-ND, $84), which does have a 10-pin ISP connector... but it's expensive and requires a "real" serial port.

While the Atmel STK500 does need a serial port, it doesn't need a REAL serial port, you can use a USB->serial adapter cable.
Cheaper than the STK500 is the AVRISP which has 6pin and 10pin provision.
This board: http://matwei.de/doku.php?id=en:electronics:usbisp is also good. I bought 2 PCBs fomr him and built them up, nice little USB based STK500 compatible programmer.
